scunger

The name for an oversized glass marble i.e. the childrens game of playing marbles.

When buying a bag of glass marbles back in the 1970's it would contain some ordinary sized marbles and a larger one. The ordinary ones were half inch diameter the scunger was one inch diameter. The one thing I can't remember is the value of the scunger i.e. how many marbles to a scunger. This word was used in north Dublin (Ireland) suburbs or "the hood" as we called it.

A Devastating wrestling move originated by Johnny Ace's "Ace Crusher", Steve Austin Kickes the opponent in the gut as the victim sells the gut shot, austin places the opponents jaw on his shoulder in an overhead facelock position. Then Austin drops to the ground in a sitting position, impacting the victims jaw and larynx into his shoulder blade.

Stunner

noun A person of either gender who is beautiful in every way, especially their sense of humour and behaviour/ generosity to others as well as aesthetically, often (but not exclusively) with great legs. Originally derived from adjective 'stunning' referring to physical beauty, but wider usages expressing socio-political, comedic or moral approval have developed recently.

An adult, most commonly a male, who has never fully developed or matured emotionally and is characterized by a low degree of self awareness, awkward interactions with other people, a lack of empathy and an inability to achieve intimacy.

Gary: "Ken, I hate to be the one to tell you this but Uncle Gilbert has cancer."

Ken: "More cottage cheese and peaches."

Gary: "Excuse me?"

Ken: "More cottage cheese and peaches. Bring me some."

Gary: "Ken, dude, you are emotionally stunted."
