Describes a style that is both shabby chic and snazzy, or something that is snappy, smart, sharp, and to the point.

Someone tells you that he doesn't like your new car because he thinks that his own car is better. You think that this is a shnabby remark, and you reply with... "well, shnabby, shnabby!"

Your friend walks in wearing a new outfit, and you think that she looks very shnabby. You exclaim.... "shnabby, shnabby!"

You find a new search engine that returns results so quickly and is so precise that you email all of your friends telling them about how shnabby it is.
