To Scrog: Have wild dirty sex. Someone who is scrog worthy evokes wild sexual desires. Scrog worthy: One who is deserving of fulfilling another's most banal and base sexual desires no matter how bizarre, i.e. fornicating in tartar sauce or penetration with food like corn. a scraggy dog is a dog thats been kicked out by its owners and lives in the sewer. it malts everywhere and looks very dirty. it has tick bites on its neck. despite all these obvious signs, the scraggy dog thinks it is good looking.
