a tall guy but he is shy. he hangs out with girls and he is a teacher's pet. Samrat never does his homework and uses the same excuse over and over again. Samrat is also a very big instagram/kpop/harry potter fan and wants alot of attention. He uses private chant on instagram, discord and whatsapp everyday during lessons. He never learns how to quit or even be good at hiding it.
PErson 1: i never knew samrat could be so annoying once you get him rolling about something he likes like harry potter
