Rockford, Illinois

The second-largest city in Illinois, Rockford serves as host to all the negative characteristics of a big city without the benefits. Overwhelmed by crime, drug addicts, and terrible schools, Rockford is surrounded by "podunk" towns and "the boonies" that mooch off the local mall and movie theatres. Rockford has nearly 7 exits off of major highways and has 3 walmarts, considered quite an midwestern accomplishment. Also the self-declared "screw capital" of the world, Rockford doesn't have much to look forward to other than failing factories and a dying reputation. Rockford is the biggest "small town" you will ever experience.

Rossford

A town located in Northwestern Ohio south of Toledo, harboring the same cultural stagnancy of its neighboring city. It borders the southern bank of the Maumee river. It contains a Colony area where fancy houses abound, and it has a healthy amount of business near 80-90. Nevertheless, Rossford is but a mere rusting shadow beneath Toledo.

Named after the combination of the town's founder's surname and his wife's surname.

Nothing is more interesting than walking into Rossford's Rec Center only to find that half the machines are broken.

Usually refers to a private investigator, but describes anyone that uses some type of sophisticated equipment to peer into an unsuspecting individual's or family's home.

When I discovered the hidden surveillance cameras in my home, I felt somewhat violated, and realized that I might have fallen victim to a peeping Rockford.

Craptastic city in northern Illinois. Only slightly less godawful than Freeport (only because of its size). Rockford is home to a million boarded up victorian mansions doomed to rot. It's home to a buttload of broke-ass niggas angrily wanderin' the streets. It's home to a gaggle of cantankerous crackas wearing sleaveless shirts that say "Git R Done." It's home to not one but two cruddy wal marts, each featuring an assortment of side-show freak customers that must be seen to be believed. You always get a bizarre show when you visit Rockford, but it's not necessarily a show you want to see.

Rockford. It's like Freeport but bigger, and with a bigger cracka population. Sucks mightily.
