The act of getting excited to refuse to do any task. Someone you know loves to say no to doing things before knowing any information. Kids are refusiastic about eating certain foods.

When I asked the DMV worker to help me, she refusiastically stated that she was on break.

When asked to eat her broccoli, the little boy responded with a refusiastic "No, I don't eat broccoli!"
