In the movie Putney Swope, the token black man on the board of a Madison Avenue ad firm, is accidentally put in charge after the chairman of the board dies of a heart attack during a board meeting. So cuz they can't vote for themselves, they take a secret ballot with the dead guy still at the table and most board members voted for the one person they thought could not win: Putney Swope. He renames the business "Truth and Soul, Inc.", and fires all but one of the white employees and hires all blacks and prohibits them to do business with companies that produce alcohol, tobacco and toy guns. The success of the new biz gets the attention of Uncle Sam and it's declared "a threat to the national security".
