Confirmed in Chapter 700 and movie The Last Naruto movie (7th movie under Naruto title), Naruhina is canon.
Naruto and Hinata (Uzumaki) will have 2 children: Boruto named after his uncle Neji and Himawari.
This pairing had its canon status since Nov 7. 2014 the release of the last Naruto Manga Chapter 700.
Masashi Kishimoto has been personally inclined towards the pairing from the start hence the violent reactions and attacks of its non-canon counter part fandom -NaruSaku upon the release of the chapter and the movie.

Shes a minor character that gets less screentime than any of the other characters yet they still love her to be with Naruto. The pairing has yet to be canon but by chapter 437 fans thought otherwise. Many NaruHina fans have threated Kishimoto that if NaruHina does not become canon that they will purposely stop reading the manga. The fandom of NaruHina is much more larger in the western hemisphere than Japan. Kishimoto knows nothing of Naruto's fandom in America.
NaruHina fans tend to attack others for thier opinions. On youtube if you admit you like fan pairing sych as NaruSaku or KibaHina for instance you're automatically given the thumbs down option.
Many NaruHina fans when debating use mainly the fillers, since they are hardly as much NaruHina scenes in the manga, stating that the couple will be canon to much of their use.
Apparently as of Chapter 459 many NaruHina fans are either celebrating or trembling because NaruSaku may either happen or not. See as in example 2.
