A word used by Americans as an excuse to do something retarded. Americans tend to lack the capacity to think, and thus resort to drastic, usually stupid actions. As an attempt to justify these actions, they shout 'MURICA!'
If a cop were to stop an American for running a red light, mowing down three pedestrians and crashing into a street lamp, the American's 'reason', when questioned, would likely be 'MURICA!'
