KB is short for "Kind bud". Kind bud is pretty much the norm as far as weed goes i.e. is not going to blow your mind, but you also wont have to pick seeds out of it or smoke alot to feel it. it usually sells for about 25 a half 8th(1.7 gams)... and the guy who said hes only heard it on the East Coast is just wrong I hear it all the time in Minnesota not to mention Canada and I can only assume its spread across the US and multiple other countries.
