Junt refers to just about anything. But can be used wrong. Use it in place of a noun.

1. Implies that a person is blitzed. Usually describes a person that has smoked a blunt of hydro and looses all ability to function.

2. Being drunk to the point of loosing consiousness, pertaining to alcohol.
