Grozier

n. A particularly pathetic person who roams the streets looking for good deals out of the back of people's cars and wears large hoodies. Also, someone who puts $600 stereos and GPS Navigation systems into his car, yet his brake lights don't even work. Hood Rat is an excellent synonym.

Dude, quit being a Grozier and buy a nice stereo from a store... and buy a sweatshirt that fits
