A woman who is not pregnant but appears so because she is fat.

Also called a "beer baby".

When someone is pregnant in a way that increases the aesthetic and/or sexual appeal of their feet.

I liked their feet but the baby bump really just added to the whole image of a beautiful fregnant person.
