Acronym for the phrase, "down to chat?"
You ask this when you haven't seen someone in awhile and are unsure of your social status with one another (are you friends? just acquaintances?). Ideally this should remove some of the awkwardness should such an even occur.
Example 1:

Christian: "Hey! It's been awhile! Are you DTC?"

Hot Chick: "OMG WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!? of course I'm down to chat with you! You were totally the coolest guy I ever had the pleasure of meeting!"

Example 2:

Christian: "Hey! I haven't seen you in forever!... wait... are you dtc... or..?"

Lame Person: "naw... I actually have to uh go.... do this... thing...."

Christian: "Oh, alright... hey nice seeing you though!"
