1.You look at someone for the first time and know, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that guy is a huge douche bag.
2. When you look at someone and know that they are planning an act of pure unadulterated douchery.
3. A person who is constantly being a douche, will undoubtedly wear this expression. Similar to bitchface.

Who the fuck is that guy? He has a major case of doucheface.

With a doucheface like that, how the fuck did Matthew McConaughey ever become famous?

Douchemart is a slang name for any number of stores where douchebags who think that they're too good for Wal-Mart would shop. Ex. Target, Old Navy, Abercrombie, Banana Republic
