A goofy boy who is fun to hang around with and can make any situation funny. He is also very caring and passionate about making sure his friends or family are ok. He will give you the best advice possible and make sure you are okay after. When he is angry or upset, he will most likely not want to talk about it. He may be very flirty but when it's him that is dating you, he'll love you with his heart.

Going off on a rant to someone who is not responsible for the cause of your frustration. To show anger or vent to an innocent party. To act as if you want someone to provide the answers to your issues but then reject their advice because you just want to vent, but in such a way it almost accuses the listener.

"Don't burden me with your dallywag - I'm not the one who is responsible!"
