A person, usually a man who is quick to notice boobs. He can almost always guess the cup size, age and realness of the boobs just by looking. He is also easily distracted by them, ESPECIALLY during conversations.

Today at school, I was excited to share my ideas with my colleague but I'm not sure if he was listening because he is so boobservant!!!
