One who obeys all the rules and does whatever they're told. Specifically, this brand of conformity manifests itself on airplanes, sidewalks, and in tour groups.

Aisle herd

A small, large, or huge cluster of customers who seemingly know each other and will converse for what seems like hours in an aisle of some retail establishment. A cluster of people blocking access too and from either end of an aisle.

Hey Jerry, those people have been in aisle three for like 30 min. That's totally an aisle herd
