Yuma es básicamente (Gringo) en Cuba, pero a los cubanos les gusta ser específicos. La parte de leche es leche, la leche es blanca y los blancos son blancos. Yuma de leche se traduce al inglés como un extranjero de leche, pero significa extranjero blanco.
