A slang word for a very small penis, often mistaken for a chode, a Norman is not wider than it is long, its just small.

A guy has caught wood, however, he looks down and only sees the girth of his fat gut. This absence of penal visibility is a result of small penis, being fat, or the combination or both. Most people who experience a "norman" can be found wearing blasting zone underpants.
