Norman 

To have an erect penis that is not visible to the person who possesses it.

A guy has caught wood, however, he looks down and only sees the girth of his fat gut. This absence of penal visibility is a result of small penis, being fat, or the combination or both. Most people who experience a "norman" can be found wearing blasting zone underpants.
