The Power Nine

A name given by players of Magic: The Gathering to nine incredibly rare cards printed primarily in Alpha, Beta, and Unlimited known as Ancestral Recall, Black Lotus, Mox Emerald, Mox Jet, Mox Pearl, Mox Ruby, Mox Sapphire, Timetwister and Time Walk. These cards are widely considered the most powerful cards in the game, but are however illegal in every tournament format except for Vintage in which they are Restricted and therefore cannot contain more than one copy. Common attempts by Magic: The Gathering creators have been made to replicate the abilities possessed by Power Nine cards, but for a larger price to pay and/or for less effect- which further contributes to why these cards are considered so valuable. The five mana-producing Mox cards belonging to the Power Nine are commonly referred to as ‘The Moxen’ alongside the four other Power Nine. Although more ‘Mox’ cards were created, as were more additional turn spells in alignment with ‘Time Walk’, no others were later considered additional members of The Power Nine.

The panic at the disco song with a hidden meaning.
"feeling unique"... your eyes are the size of the moon.. feeling so good just the way that we do when its nine in the afternoon.... just a few lyrics from the song as describing being high, which they were while writing this song.
we know this because pete wentz stated "when they were writing the song they called me.. its was like 4 in the morning but i was laughing because they were all retarded... and the reason wasn't exactly legal."

The Quarter to Nine is a nickname for the Area Code “845” located in the Hudson Valley Region of New York. The cities that share the 845 area code are; Poughkeepsie, Woodstock, Newburgh, Hyde Park, Kingston, Beacon, Spring Valley, & Nyack to name a few.

Woodstock, New York home of the famous Woodstock Festival is located in "The Quarter To Nine".
