Much like an estimate, testimating involves making approximate calculations. The difference comes in practicality, in that a testimate can be reviewed for accuracy before a true figure is established or revealed.

In this sense, it serves as a careful means of answering or prephrasing a question. It is something that is reviewed before the impending action or thought is undertaken.

In order to see if my new chair would fit through my front door, I had to testimate how wide the chair was, so I used my hands as a ruler to see if the chair would make it through. It made for a great testimation.

I want to conservatively testimate how many people will show up to my rock concert this evening, so I will say that the room will be half empty.

testicate

A specific type of castration which involves physical removing of the testicles. Traditionally, pliers are used, but any sort of gripping device works. Testication is known mostly for the way the gripping device is used. Random portions of the scrotum are grabbed with the tool and yanked away with the intent to remove as much flesh as possible. The process repeats until testicles are removed, or the participating parties decide to stop.

A game can be made out of testication with players taking turns with grabbing things. Ideally this should be done blind folded to maintain the true spirit of testication. Points are awarded by the amount of flesh removed and bonus points for testicles removed intact.

1. Frank wouldn't give up the location of the money, so Peter was forced to testicate him.

2. Omar and Perry were bored one night, so they picked up a drifter to testicate him. Perry won when he got both balls removed in his second tug.

One who obsessively sends text messages, especially to the opposite sex or someone who they are either involved or would like to be involved with. Also defined as one who sends a text in order to signal for a possible hookup, and often sent as a mass text to multiple numbers fishing for a taker.

Mary Anne is such a textitute for spending all of dinner texting Wally and Cecil instead of talking to her date Sid or friends Kelly Jo and Brenda Lee before the big dance at the hop.
