tasner

Often used to describe an opinionated (and at times negative) person, but is being endeared. A person is usually called a tasner when they are trying to be especially difficult but instead viewed as cute. A tasner will be frustrating but overall a great person.

The phenomenon you experience when you pull out your phone to do something (like send a text or google a word) and get distracted and forget why you had your phone in your hand.

I knew I was going to text you, but my tasknesia flared up and I checked the photos on my phone instead.
