torment nexus

A phrase referring to when a company makes something from a piece of media that points out why it’s a bad idea. It comes from a post in which a tech company invents an object called the Torment Nexus, which was found in the (fictional) book Don’t Create the Torment Nexus.

Guy 1: “Dude, have you heard that they’re making a Squid Game reality show?”
Guy 2: “Yeah, they’re totally creating the Torment Nexus with that one.”

One of kind person, very rare to meet a Tarrence that spells it this way. They’re so funny and a light in your life. They’re great listeners and usually very mild mannered people. Nerdy and confident, and though he is super annoying you cant help but fall in love with him and his personality.
