surreal mode

Usualy occurs very late at night when you start thinking very bizarre things such as the idea of flying pigs or monkeys 10 feet tall that can talk. Or something you may not feel comfatable with all of a sudden seems cool, such as maybe giving your Dad a blowjob, or possing naked in front of your whole class, this usualy leads to uncomfatable dreams, or just dreams that are just past walking the walls.
Can usualy occur to anyone and not just those on drugs, not to be comfused with an "eds dream"
After entering {surreal mode} and thinking about perhaps it being a good idea to drive a flying car into school and make out the teacher, I fell into a deep and had rather detailed and distubring dream about the school being invaded by aliens and having to save it by getting everyone into flying cars. Boy what a night.

Surreal-Fiction

A new genre which contains characters, places, things, activities, events, and relationships which could not exist anywhere, primarily because they do not adhere to mathematics, science, logic, or reason and are simply impossible, but worthy of consideration. Its dialogues and/or monologues can be nonsensical and may contain non-sequiturs.
Inspired by the things and situations Dali and other surrealist painters and artists depicted starting in the 1920s, and hoping to surprise readers and sell many books, the writer began to invent and insert some surreal-fiction characters, places, things, and events into her story.

Surreal Estate Agent

1. Someone who tries to kill someone by making them do it themselves.

2. A psycho murderer who is also vegan.
The surreal estate agents have showed up to every one of my gigs this year, they want rent in blood.

the surreal life

"Six celebrities play house in the Hollywood Hills."

VH1 sticks several has-been celebrities into a mansion that looks like it's designed by Andy Worhol and the guy from Queer Eye. The producers arrange activities and stuff, and on the episode before the season finale, Sally Jessy Raphael always comes and has a talk show about the past weeks in their living room.
Let's make some popcorn and watch Adrienne Curry try to get Peter Brady again.

commercial surrealism

A style of filmmaking that uses odd angles, zooms, pointless video effects, musical numbers, and sudden noises to try to keep an audience's attention, but ends up just drowning whatever information is intended with sheer noise. Common in the 1990s, for instructional videos and commercials. Best exemplified by Bill Nye.

Coined by the RedLetterMedia series "Best of the Worst"
"Ugh, I didn't learn a thing from that science video, all I got from it is a headache. It was too full of commercial surrealism to understand."
