An explosion of sin. Refers to excessive “bad behavior” after a time period of abstaining from such behavior. Usually occurs in concurrence with a vacation or some time away from responsibility but not always.

Charlie: We have 2 days left until Christmas break, no work! I've been sober for a week!

Marc: It's true. Get ready for a sinplosion, we're binge drinking for 4 days straight.

Sinophobic

An intense fear or disliking of Asian people or people of Asian decent usually from China although those who are Sinophobic usually associate all Asian people as being Chinese.

Aissam rode on the subway the other day but avoided contact with anyone who looked or sounded Asian or Chinese due to his Sinophobic tendencies and ways therefore making him Sinophobic for doing this.

sanphoon

When strong winds, akin to a typhoon, brush across the Japanese countryside, whipping over dried-out fields and sandblasting anything in the way.

I got blasted coming to school today by the wind. It’s too dry outside, and the wind is whipping up the earth.
Ah, you mean you got hit by the sanphoon!
Sanphoon? Yeah! I’m covered in sand now and got enough in my eyes and nose.

Siphoning

A name for a form of manipulation and gaslighting involving separating someone from their friends and family and isolating them.
The goal of siphoning is to have the person be dependent on the manipulator.
Siphoning may be done bluntly or subtly over time. It may happen through saying things such as:
"I am everything you need."
"Nobody else could love you like I could."
"I will look after you and care for you. Give you everything you need. You don't need anyone else."

The manipulator means to take control of someone by making them dependent and withdrawn from others.

"I was being siphoned and realised too late. I had already entrusted my darkest secrets to Charlie and he'd told me I was a monster and that only he could love me. He'd said that if I didn't do everything he said, he'd stop loving me and my heart sank. If he doesn't love me, who will? I hate siphoning."
