A small, sweaty, acne-ridden, greasy, damp person who absolutely reeks of numerous STI’s. Dresses very similarly to the homeless, by wearing filthy unwashed rags as clothes. Usually a spawn of inbreeding, this type of person is a physical representation of poverty.

A person who tends to cause mischief or disorder wherever he/she may go and/or some one who acts like a little bitch all the time in order to get attention.

Guy 1 - "Did you see Topher go into my dorm room and make a huge mess the other day?"

Guy 2 - "Yeah dude he just wanted people to laugh at him."
