Generally men... who like to coverup or divert attention away from embarrassments or wrongdoings they are hiding in an effort to save their reputation. Or whom attempt to make someone seem less deserving or incredible in a situation for personal gain.

He is a pathological liar to hide his lack of self control and selfishness.

The act of one killing themselves with and over petrol prices. In recent years, petrolicides around the country have risen, forcing people out of their homes or out of their cars they can no longer pay for.

Johnny had an F-350 and committed petrolicide last Saturday, did you hear? Couldn't handle the obscene prices anymore.
