A declaritive statement for when a person is not wearing pants. Person can or cannot be drunk, but typically, they are drunk. Can also be Queen of No Pants if one is a female.

Chris proclaimed himself as the King of No Pants, while drunk on Bacardi 151 with his pants off.

When a couple is in a romance simply for the sex. A couple who are in this type of relationship are usually socially with drawn or when with people can't keep there hands off of each other. And actually aren't even that fond of each other just each others genitalia

No-Pants Wednesday

When you constantly get rides from friends to and from work, the only way you can pay is from the famous hitch-hikers bible: gas, ass, or grass.

Stimpy gave me a ride to work on Wednesday and I couldn’t pay him. He said it was cool if I dropped my pants and rode with my trouser snake out. No-pants Wednesday woot woot!
