Enabling: Supporting bad habits such as addiction of: Drugs,alcohol,video games,hoarding.
Monopolizing time: Demanding constant attention/scheduling activities 2 prevent social interactions
Sabotaging relationships: Creating conflicts or spreading lies 2 alienate the victim from friends&family
Controlling Communication: Limiting phone/internet/social media access&monitoring interactions
Fear: Threatening consequences if the victim tries to seek help or interacts "too much" with others

However, A.C.N people have a certain close group of friends that they’ll fight for with they’re life. Sometimes A.C.N people can have no personality and will change themselves based on the people around them.
They’re many kinds of A.C.N people, but overall they mostly hate people. If you’re lucky enough you might be able to get close to them to the point where they love you, maybe to the point with obsession. If you’re they’re friend, they want to give you happiness that they never had in a long time.
