It is the way to rate women according to their overall beauty or image.

if you see a very beautiful girl you say "woah! hot deym! that girls is kartada dyis!" which means 10, rating is from 1-10 if the girl is below 5 she is not that beautiful. There are some cases that the girl is so hot she is above ten then you can say "kartada onse!" which means eleven. You can also say the rate or number in English like "Kartada ten" etc.
