A way to describe something when there is no other word cool enough and is often used by cool kids from the Bay Area and mainly East Bay;
Sometimes used in a sarcastic tone depending if it is lowercase or capitol

"Dude, that movie was HECKA!"

or

"Whats up?"
"Doing homework"
"Oh, that sounds hecka."
