Semper Gumby

Adaptation of the Marine Corps motto: Semper Fi (Latin for Always Faithful). Used to describe the general Marine attitude (i.e always be flexible with plans cause something will change that will fuck up your night) towards the constant changes that are rampant in every Marine unit.

Marine 1: Hey man, go easy at the bar tonight, just found out we have a CFT at 04

Semper Gumbi

The unofficial bastardized Latin motto of many organizations, particularly military units. "Semper", of course is the Latin word for "always". "Gumbi" refers to Gumby, a TV character made of clay. Thus, Semper Gumbi is translated as "Always Flexible."

G.I. Joe: "We were supposed to go back home a month ago but these Iraqis can't get their stuff together. Now we have to stay indefinitely."

G.I. Jack: "There's no use crying about it. Just suck it up and remember - Semper Gumbi."

Shemily Gumby

A somewhat unintelligent chinese cross breed, known to live in mountains and survive off bread crumbs tossed by tourists. Originally thought to have started as the result of a sperm cell implantation in the majestic evil labs of Dr. Zerteg! Here lies the clans only true means of reproduction. That of artifically implanting sperm cells in unattentive female bypassers. Annually as part of a ritual, tribal members run into to town and steal notebook computers, often latter attempting to hack into labrotories of the United States government. In their spare time clan members enjoy playing rpgs such was worms armeggedon and runscape. This brings them great excitement and they sometimes even accidently orgasm over their computer keyboards.
