A derogatory term for anyone who disagrees with you in any way.
Calling someone a Cluppy immediately wins you the argument regardless of any valid points previously made.

A Stumpy Grumbo is similar in behavior to someone you may refer to as a Cluppy. However they tend to act much Stumpier and like a Grumbo.
