Grid Light

When a vehicle is stuck in the intersection because of a light.
Like, when someone tries to slam on their breaks too late for a red light and ends up past the limit line. Or, when someone prematurely anticipates the light turning green and rolls over the limit line, but has to wait for another rotation.
I tried to stop in time, but now I'm stuck in grid light.
