a phrase used when there is nothing else to say, mainly used during silences to lighten the mood. can also be emphasised by using considerable amounts of lettering during the word, for example GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUR! there is usually a motion involved whilst "GUURING" where the person raises their right arm and imitates to ring a bell above their head.
