Frequent Idler Miles

A term in instant messenging clients and video games, particularly MMORPGs/-SGs, referring to the general duration a person is away from his/her computer or console while the program/game in question is active and logged on.

Player 1: God! She's always afk!
Player 2: Yep, always racking up them frequent idler miles.
Player 1: Lol, she's probably earned enough to redeem a cruise for everyone she's ever passed a glance at.

Frequent flyer

Someone how’s at the hospital a lot.

- can be used derogatorily to accuse a patient of being overdramatic, being a hypochondriac, lying, or drug seeking.

- can be used lightheartedly by staff or the patient to refer to people with severe chronic illnesses.

- can be used rudely to suggest that a chronic illness patient is a burden.

My immunocompermised ass: *walking into my biweekly urgent care appointment*

The PA student: “I’m just super nervous to do my first clinical exam by myself.”
The PA: *points at me* “ you can take the frequent flyer. She’s easy and the answer is always antibiotics.”

When your friends know, that no matter where you are going that night, you will be getting laid. Similar to a the program given by airlines, you gain points for frequent flights. Therefore, frequent sexual conquests amount to higher status in the flyer mile program. Points may be redeemed for high fives and free beers at the bar.
