often used when someone does not understand a certain idea or situation. most commonly used in a math class, because a fractal has to do with geometric shapes repeating over and over again to make an awesome design that is otherwise useless to the world. duh.

Fractally Bad

When something is so bad that at any level of abstraction you fail to find any redeeming qualities.

Ouch, that is fractally bad. The org is fragile, the culture is broken, the infrastructure is weak, the documentation is non-existent, and the code is awful at ever dimension.
