Derived as a combination of "actually" and "reality" to express something stated is true and really is the case, describes the state of truthfulness of a fact or belief, often conveyed with a sense of surprise that it really is true, hence a reality. The state of something being real or true.

Many people believe that the tomato is a vegetable, but in actuality it is really a fruit.

2. Awesome, gruesome, crazy ways to finish someone off in the Mortal kombat series.

3. A noun, verb, adjective, and etc.
Can be used to say anything as of recently.
Someone, known by some, online named, LitoJ has made this word like this, to be able to used in any sentence and able to make sense at the same time.

Can be used as a cuss word as well, but it's not as vulgar and can replace any word.

I fatality love your fataliticious shirt, it is fatality awesome.

Fatality James also known as Beezlebub Pk is the greatest Runescape leader to ever lead a Runescape Clan. Originating from the Filiayano Mtn. Range Fatality James learned ancient techniques from his busha master in the temple of Addy. It is said that the day Fatality James unites his power with the other chosen ones that Runescape clans as we know it could become the ultimate alliance. Fatality James' enemies are known to be mysterious assasins known as foe's, they challenge his authority and disrespect his intelligence. It is quite certain that Fatality James controls the Runescape world as we know it, and without Fatality James the Foe's would likely defeat everything known to be real.

Everytime I wake up in the morning all I think about is Fatality James and my thankfullness for his Beezlebub Pk Charge.
