A quick intelligent excuse for "accidently" touching some one's private parts on purpose as you walk by them.
"I'm so sorry, my hand has a mind of its own" was his goose excuse.

A phrase given by one donning a too short and too tight hospital gown when her naughty bits are hanging out visibly.
Patient (while shimmying past nurse in doorway after putting on too tight, too short hospital gown): "Excuse the sexy."

An interchangable excuse system used to get out of any situation. The combinations are as a plentiful as the person's imagination.
The excuse creator simply picks the first part such as "I promised my landlord" then chooses from a host of endings such "I'd help him move his refrigerator down 5 flights of stairs." or "I'd stop by to help him shave his back hair."

Universal Excuse can be used as follows:
Randy "Hey Steven you wanna go down to the pond and do some dynamite fishing?"
Steven "I would Randy but I told my girlfriend I'd...(pause to make up second part of excuse) help her pick out some nail polish later on."

When you say something to someone with the intention of foreshadowing an excuse you’re going to say at a later time, this way when you end up saying your excuse to the person who’s asking you they will then understand your reasoning because of what you said earlier.
Person 1 - “There’s a chance I will be able to hangout later but my coach might schedule a practice last minute”
Person 2 - “Okay, but that kind of sounds like a Huttner Excuse”

When you say something with an intention to foreshadow an excuse with the other person not knowing that’s your intentions, so when it’s eventually said the person it’s said to will understand your reasoning even though he/she that said it is not actually being serious.
Person 1: “There’s a chance I will be able to hang later but I might not be able to because I might have a baseball practice scheduled”
Person 2: “Okay, But that sounds a lot like a Huttner Excuse”
