A made up word used to get attention by those who can't think of anything actually creative or funny to say (usually the same kind of people who spend their free time searching random things on Urban Dictionary).
It is most commonly used in group chats or on online meetings, as walking up to someone in person and saying Eegug
would be considered "weird".
