You have to start with a boss who has no clue what he or she is asking for when giving you an assignment. Once this occurs, the fucking comes from responding with as much superfluous information as humanly possible. This can come in verbal, written, table, or chart form. It is best when all four are used at the same time. The pinnacle of satisfaction is when your boss, with a confused look, tells you it is exactly what he or she is looking for.
