Clusterfuckola USA with its huge economic problems, massive debts that cannot be paid, massive unemployement, undeclared wars costing fortunes & lives with no goal for victory, taxpayer bailouts of private companies, tax laws that destroy progress, high inflation, corrupt politicians, corrupt finance industry along with an aging population depending on entitlements, whose life savings have been cleaned out by the cluterfuckola mentioned.

Occurs when a group of twits in power sit down to resolve something incredibly simple and start asking questions such as, "wouldn't it be great if...!" or "what about if we just added...?". The end result is that the simple goal becomes unbearably cumbersome, inefficient, redundant, or just plain stupid as the knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers who came up with the plan in the first place.

Jane: did you hear about the board's decision about installing a coffee machine in the break room?
Martha: Yeah. That clusterfuckarchy couldn't decide on anything. Decaf or not? Organic or regular milk? Lattes or cappuccinos? And all we wanted was a cup of Joe. It's a wonder this company runs at all with dumbfucks like them at the wheel.

Taiwan bus clusterfuck

Traffic congestion caused by 2 or more Taiwan public buses blocking a multi-lane road. This is usually caused by one or more buses using the inside lane unnecessarily, even though there are frequent bus stops. Reasons bus drivers choose to use the inside lane vary and include, but are not limited to:

- trying to leap frog the bus in front of them
- attempting to pass a slow driver
- desire to be closer to the "front of the line" while stopped at a red light
- incompetence
- being born with a small penis
