BROTEIN SHAKE

When you and your gym bro wear super tight underwear while building up hard sweat while working out to build up that hard dick stench. You need to pile up the gunk and allow it to let out its natural spunk. The tight underwear will kill off all of the sperm leaving only the nutrients in semen. After working out you and your homie will go in the locker room and shoot each others loads in your each others mouths. This is know as a brotein shake.
