The word to describe where the sun is out but there are many, quite badly defined, clouds in the sky. Normally occurs on summer mornings following uplift of mist or humid conditions during breakdown of summer weather into thundery weather.

'There are too many clouds to sunbathe in these blotchetarian weather conditions.'

Blotching

Blotching is when you do a line of blow, then take a sip of Scotch and feel the relaxing yet intense wastedness, that makes you feel in control and at the same time reckless.

It had been a normal Thursday night, beginning innocently enough with some blotching at his apartment, followed by a visit to a few bars and then a dirty street dog to close down the night.

blootched

A word meaning nothing but muttered by students in class when they do not know the answer to a question asked by the teacher. Not understanding what the student said but having got an answer, the teacher might change the subject and turn to another student to get an answer.

The teacher turned round and asked the dark-haired boy sat in the first row :
What is the past participle then ?
"Blootched", he said.

The teacher opened her eyes wide, then frowned, then asked someone else in the hope of getting a more sensible response.
