A person who has a massive digestive disorder resulting in excessive gaseous explosions and pieces of shit smelling like rotten flesh. Hence, the combined propulsion of gas and a solid makes a shit blower the perfect weapon.

Clown Blower 

One who consistently and prominently displays a "white o-ring" around one's mouth after brushing one's teeth. Thus, it appears that one has sucked a circus clown's white-face-painted penis.

Han brushed his teeth and, failing to rinse the excessive toothpaste from his mouth, formed a white ring of paste residue surrounding his lips. It looked like Han had just finished giving Bozo the beloved-white-face-painted Clown a mean BJ. Han was a clown blower.
