Short for ‘Master of Catastrophe Ballyhoo’

MC Ballyhoo is character first appearing in Mario Party 8. He is best known for his boastful laugh, exited personality, and thirst for catastrophe. In terms of design, no one really knows what exactly he is, however he does have nigga lips, a fancy purple tuxedo and a sentient hat named Big Top.
