A chatterbox that never shuts up. They have a flirtatious personality that can confuse people, unintentionally. They have a crush on any cute guy that walks past, or any masked person that seems cute, but will run away from an actual relationship. They are the type of people, that if they caught feelings for someone, they would ghost them. Nearly all the time, they text people impulsively without a second thought and make jokes that no one understands. Also brings pleasure in annoying other people.
