An uprising phrase that has no relevance to what is being said. It is merely for the fun of saying it and will occasionally get some laughs. It originated in Panama City at a local highschool. So far it has only been said in the school and by the students attending the school.

They are easily spotted: they are the ones who are sweating profusely, gurning like there's no tomorrow, chewing their own eyebrows off and dancing as if having some sort of seizure. They are a wiley bunch who are to be avoided at all costs!
My friends Crispo, Benny and I went to a tiesto concert in Dublin recently with a friend , let us call her "G" to protect her identity. Her behaviour was random, she was totally pulling boats!
